Kind of, but it's vague. It's more of a feeling or a sensation than color, which is probably why I find it so difficult to track you. [And he suspects it is more Kulo Vayn's energy, given the taint to it.] Over time, however, I've improved. Sometimes I'll sense you before you've teleported into the room with me. Or when you teleport an item — it feels like static, or a cold wind before it happens.
[Perhaps it is the Sharingan adapting to Cy's presence; he can't say for sure. This is all uncharted territory now — his ancestors were unlikely to have gone this far with their power.]
