The humidity needs to be a bit higher than what's in the room right now, uhhh... something like 50? 60 percent? Temp needs to be be between 37 and 38 degrees, and they should be turned a couple times a day so that the heat's distributed evenly. With this many, we should probably separate them to an extent, or at least make sure there's only one 'lair' of eggs — hah, layer — so that there's less risk of one being crushed, or missed to turn.
